Each page on this site follows a very similar format but some changes or additions to accomodate your preferences are possible and we'd be happy to discuss these with you via email before the page is started.

We need the following information to be able to make a basic page (similar to most on the site) for your dog:

• The full registered name, if that is known, along with any formal titles you'd like to include.
• The family call name.
• The full dates of birth and death, if known.
• A picture.
• A last name and initial for the owner, for the creation of the entry on the index page.

As has been done for many of the pages you are welcome to add text to the basic page, a tribute to your dog. If the material is a poem or other text written by someone else you'll need to have permission to have this reproduced. You may also include an email address if you would like to permit other owners to contact you.

The simplest way to provide this needed information is to send it as an email to me with the picture included as a jpeg attachment. If you don't have an electronic version of the picture then you can send it to me by regular mail and I'll scan it for inclusion on the page. Please contact me and I'll provide the address to which the information should be sent. If you need the picture returned please include a stamped self-addressed envelope for it.

Once the page is in place I'll send you an email message to let you know it is done.
